Shipping

You can choose from several types of delivery. Delivery options, including prices, will be loaded based on the size and weight of your order. Your order will be delivered by the selected shipping company.

For orders over 2,500 CZK, shipping is FREE within the Czech Republic, applicable only for PPL and Zásilkovna carriers.

Personal pickup, shipping is free in this case.

In our warehouse AZ Logistika s.r.o., P3 park, hall I1, Do Čertous 2620/11, 193 00 Prague – Horní Počernice. You can pick up KOLORKY every weekday from 8 AM to 3 PM. Please pick up your order no later than 7 days after receiving the emails about the order being ready for pickup.

In our Showroom in Prague at the address: Oldřichova 283/53, 128 00 Prague. You can pick up KOLORKY from Monday to Wednesday from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Payment

If you choose payment by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped to you after the payment is credited to our account number 2801706889/2010. For Slovakia, the account number is IBAN: CZ2920100000002601706892 (2601706892/2010). We will send your order to you within 3–5 business days after payment.

You can also use the payment gateway of Comgate, a.s. https://www.comgate.cz/en/payment-gateway, which provides payment by card or fast bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay. In this case, the payment is immediate with us and we will send the order to you within 3–5 business days.
