Since she is not from Prague, we met for the first time at a children's market in Poland, and even then I knew she could handle it. Who is willing to travel with me to Łódź? She came with her whole family, and that's basically how it has stayed until today. She can precisely sense when I need her the most, she lifts anchor and comes to us in Prague. Beata was completely inexperienced in e-commerce, in business as such, she had no experience, she just had the determination and desire to learn everything. And she learned on the job with us. Right from the start, I handed over the Polish e-shop to my partner and entrusted Beata with you, dear customers. Yes, she is the one who talks to you daily on the phone, handles exchanges, returns, writes emails with you, and as if that were not enough, when I got pregnant, I also handed over wholesale partners to her. She arranges photo shoots, filming, always does what is needed. At first, she worked a few hours, today she is with us full time. She is my right and also left hand. I know that when I don't have time to solve something, Beata will solve it for me. She is exactly what every company needs. She wins everyone over with friendship, maintains calm and peace. Čo o Katke napísala Jana Marie?
Vo chvíľach, keď riešim účtovníctvo a financie, potrebujem mať po boku niekoho, kto je ešte väčší detailista ako ja. A pretože sa mi v živote veci dejú presne vtedy, keď ich najviac potrebujem, prišla Katarína. Náš spoločný čas musel dozrieť - a nakoniec sa to stalo za päť minút dvanásť.
Celý rok sme riešili zmenu účtovného a skladového systému, ale tá najdôležitejšia zmena prišla vo chvíli, keď nastúpila práve Katarína. Viete si predstaviť, aké to je, keď meníte účtovnú firmu – chaos. A potom príde niekto, kto to porovná.

Kolorky previously had an external company for e-shop development, where I met Natali. It was with her that I dealt with all the imperfections. You probably often thought, "This girl doesn't understand me at all, how can she have an e-shop?" And as you can see, she can! It's not that you have to know everything completely, because over time you will understand many things, but you need to find your own Natali. And so one day it happened. I received an email saying goodbye because she was leaving the company. I immediately seized the opportunity, and Natali did too. Since then, she has been with me. Or maybe I with her, when it comes to IT. The guys from Inspira weren't very enthusiastic at first, but then common sense won, and I don't hide my admiration for Natali and her insight into the depths of the internet. That's what I would like to be able to do. Find a mistake in a process that seems functional at first glance, come up with new features, code a page on the e-shop, implement automation... She also worked as a tester and now the girl has started studying programming. From my perspective, that's a whole different level. Seeing the connection of the entire network requires a certain talent. She takes good care of my IT background. I know I can rely on her, she has my trust, and sometimes she cheers me up with praise on how well I understand things! Sometimes she's a bit in her own world, but I forgive her for that and believe she will still go a long way with us.

Radka was the first, the very first to come to Kolorek. We have known each other for many years, from the original company Česká pojišťovna. One day we met in front of the Smíchov shopping center, I was already living in Prague and had been dedicating my evenings for a year to the emerging Kolorek. Radka then said to me: "Well, I'll help you with that." I replied, "Alright," and since then we have been in contact every day, working out the details of launching the e-shop, texts, photos, setting up Facebook and Instagram... The texts you see on the website, until recently the entire content of Instagram, Facebook posts, all of that is her work. At first, we consulted everything and I approved it, later she handled everything on her own. I am glad she took it on; Kolorek is close to her heart. Together we were moved by the first order and every little success, by positive reviews from you. Together we worked on responses, through which we learned every detail about diapers and the composition of the glue. And that thanks to you. We need such questions and constructive criticism; all of that pushes us forward. Radka knows every material used in detail, so I entrust her with the implementation of new products, such as Wet Wipes and Night Moments, regarding the materials used, with a calm heart. She has a perfect eye. She sees every mistake; we call her Hawk Eye. I am grateful that she is still part of Kolorek. Even though she no longer manages Instagram, we still move forward together. She has other projects and maybe one day she will have her own. I like Radka. She can point out things I don’t see myself, and that is very important to me. We spent New Year's Eve together, a vacation in Italy, and I even attended her wedding. And actually, thanks to her, I have Gustávek. When she showed me her Tamíček back then, it was clear. Fate also wanted our sons Oskar and Bruno to be two months apart. We don't see each other every day, but we know about each other, and I miss her when she goes on long trips with her family.

We met when she was still studying design. She is responsible for the current design of the packaging not only for diapers but also for wipes and bags. She also contributed to the current look of the website, designed the interior of the studio, and now the showroom as well. I am grateful to have met someone who sees the world similarly to me. I met Zuzka in the HolkyZMarketingu group. One thing led to another, and we arranged a meeting at Pohostinec in Karlín, even though back then it wasn’t really Pohostinec yet. The important thing is that it was in a restaurant. I immediately knew we would get along. Zuzka and I share a love of food. One of her Instagram accounts, @hungry.girl.with.stars, is full of food. That’s how not only a professional relationship but also a friendship was born. Whenever we go on a work trip together, we always have to eat something good.
